Withdrawals — Overview

Withdrawals from a Rkgg account are processed in accordance with applicable law and the terms of use. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and payment-provider checks before release of funds.

Eligibility and Account Standing

Only players with a fully verified account may submit withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be withheld or delayed if verification is ongoing, if there are unresolved payment disputes, or if the account shows signs of suspicious or prohibited activity. Withdrawals must be made in the name of the registered player; transfers to third parties are not permitted.

Withdrawal Methods

1. Bank Transfer

   Minimum withdrawal: €10. Maximum per transaction: €5,000. Some methods offered by Rkgg may enable higher per-transaction limits, up to €25,000, subject to the payment provider’s terms and conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts may require additional verification, and the recipient name must match the account holder’s name on file.

2. Electronic Wallet

   Minimum withdrawal: €10. Maximum per transaction: €5,000. Certain wallet providers may permit higher limits up to €25,000 per withdrawal, subject to provider rules. The wallet ownership may be validated prior to payout.

3. Credit or Debit Card

   Minimum withdrawal: €10. Maximum per transaction: €5,000. Card-specific limits may differ; the exact figures will be shown in the withdrawal confirmation screen. Card verification may be required before processing.

4. Other Approved Methods

   Rkgg may offer additional withdrawal methods. Each method has its own limits and processing rules. The precise limits will be displayed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.

Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed after successful authorization by the chosen payment method and completion of any required verification checks. Processing times depend on the payment provider, the method selected, and regulatory checks. Players will be notified of the outcome as soon as the withdrawal status changes.

Fees and Deductions

Withdrawal fees may apply in accordance with the terms of the selected payment method. Any fee applicable to a withdrawal will be disclosed before confirmation. Fees imposed by external providers are outside Rkgg’s control and will appear on the transaction record.
