Aml & Kyc Policy

Introduction

Rkgg maintains an AML and KYC program to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism and to comply with all applicable laws. This policy sets out the customer identification, risk assessment, ongoing monitoring, and reporting obligations that apply to all users of Rkgg services.

Scope and Definitions

This policy applies to all applicants, account holders, and users of Rkgg. For the purposes of this policy: Account Holder means a natural person or legal entity that holds a Rkgg account; KYC means Know Your Customer; MLRO means Money Laundering Reporting Officer; PEP means politically exposed person; Enhanced Due Diligence means additional verification steps for higher risk customers; and High Risk Jurisdiction refers to locations assessed as presenting elevated AML/CTF risk.

Customer Identification and Verification (KYC)

Rkgg conducts identity verification and age verification on onboarding and at points of withdrawal, as well as as required by law. Verification confirms that the customer is over the legal gambling age and that the provided identity information is accurate. We perform location and device checks to ensure that the customer resides in a jurisdiction where wagering is permitted.

Documentation and Submission

  • Identity documents: passport (recommended), national identity card, or driving license.
  • Proof of address: recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last six months).
  • Payment method verification: where applicable, show the last four digits of the card; CVV must be hidden; card data shall not be stored beyond PCI DSS compliance.
  • Other documents may be requested to complete the verification process (for example, proof of funds or source of wealth) as required by risk assessment.

Onboarding Timelines and Submission Requirements

Customers must provide required documents within seven (7) days of account opening or of a request for additional information. Rkgg will review submitted documents within seven (7) days of receipt. If the necessary information is not provided within the specified period, Rkgg may suspend the account or refuse withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Risk-Based Approach and Due Diligence

Rkgg applies a risk-based approach to customer due diligence. Customers are categorized as Low Risk or High Risk. High Risk triggers Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and may require additional verification steps, including assessment of source of funds and enhanced identity checks.

Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

For customers classified as High Risk, Rkgg may request additional documentation, such as a driver’s license or passport, a selfie holding the identification document, recent utility bill or bank statement, evidence of source of funds or wealth, and other information deemed necessary by the MLRO. EDD may be applied at onboarding or during the course of business when risk signals arise.

MLRO and Compliance Oversight

The MLRO oversees AML/CTF compliance, including review and monitoring of KYC information and customer activity, maintenance of registered customer records, staff training, and cooperation with authorities. The MLRO serves as the primary point of contact for relevant authorities concerning AML and CTF matters and may escalate suspicious activity for further investigation.

Ongoing Monitoring of Account Activity

Rkgg continuously monitors customer activity for signs of irregular, suspicious, or fraudulent behavior. This includes automated alerting and manual review. If suspicious activity is detected, the customer may be reclassified as High Risk and subjected to Enhanced Due Diligence or other risk mitigation measures. Monitoring covers, but is not limited to, patterns of deposits, wagering behavior, changes in ownership, use of proxies, and access from high-risk locations.

Single Account Policy and Prohibited Conduct

One account per person, per family, or per household unit is permitted. Rkgg may suspend or close related accounts if multiple accounts are identified or if accounts are used to circumvent limits, enable collusion, or facilitate wrongdoing. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited, and disclosure of credentials may result in account termination without refund.

Unusual or Suspicious Activity and Investigations

In cases of unusual deposits, atypical wagering, or other suspicious activity, Rkgg may request additional information, place the account on hold, or restrict withdrawals. If required documentation is not provided within thirty (30) days, the account may be terminated and related funds may be restricted in accordance with applicable law.

Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawal requests must be initiated through the customer’s Rkgg account. Identity verification is required prior to payout. Funds will be transferred only to the registered account or payment method and in the name of the Account Holder. Rkgg may withhold, suspend, or block withdrawals pending completion of verification or investigation of suspicious activity, and may terminate the account as permitted by law.

Cryptocurrency Transactions

For customers using cryptocurrencies, the following applies: the initial deposit may be made in cryptocurrency; all subsequent deposits, wagers, and withdrawals must be conducted in the same cryptocurrency. Rkgg does not buy, sell, or exchange cryptocurrency for fiat currency. Identity, age, and address verification are required for all crypto transactions, and hardware KYC data is retained at each step. The platform will display the prevailing crypto-to-fiat exchange rate on the homepage, and you are advised that cryptocurrency values are volatile and may fluctuate. Funds from cryptocurrency deposits are used solely for gambling, and withdrawals are only permitted to the original deposit method where supported. Rkgg may require solvency documentation and will hold funds in segregated accounts as required by law or the Master License Holder’s requirements.

Data Protection, Records, and Retention

Rkgg processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Rkgg Privacy Policy. KYC and transaction records are retained for as long as required by law or regulatory guidance. Records include identity documents, verification results, risk assessments, and correspondence with customers. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by appropriate security controls.

Reporting of Suspicious Activity

Rkgg complies with all applicable AML/CTF reporting requirements. The MLRO is responsible for reporting suspicious transactions to the competent authorities and for maintaining an auditable record of decisions to report or not to report, including the rationale. Rkgg cooperates with authorities in investigations as permitted by law.

Training and Policy Maintenance

Rkgg provides ongoing AML/CTF training to staff and reviews this policy at least annually or more frequently if warranted by changes in law or guidance. Any amendments will be communicated to customers through the site’s standard channels.

Change Management and Communication

Rkgg reserves the right to amend this policy to reflect changes in law, regulation, or risk. Customers will be notified of material changes through the site’s official communications channels prior to the changes taking effect.
