General Rules

These sportsbook rules govern all bets placed with Rkgg for pre‑match and in‑play wagering. They apply to all markets unless a market‑specific rule states otherwise. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept these rules and any updates published by Rkgg.

  • The outcome of a market is settled once the result is determined by the official source or governing body. If an outright or long‑term market is decided by an official announcement, wagers placed after the publication of the outcome may be voided at Rkgg’s discretion.
  • Where a match is not completed and is decided by a referee or official announcement, Rkgg will settle bets in line with the official result. If the announcement is published more than 48 hours after the event end and undecided bets have already been treated as undecided, settlement will stand in accordance with the official outcome. Player specials are excluded from this 48‑hour handling rule.
  • If a market has not been determined earlier in the game, Rkgg settles the market based on the normal duration of the event unless the market description specifies otherwise.
  • Rkgg reserves the right not to accept all or part of a bet without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded.
  • Before an event starts, Rkgg reserves the right to void or cancel part or all of a bet, even after acceptance, without providing a reason. After the event starts, voiding or cancellation may occur for valid reasons such as a palpable error in event wording or odds, attempts to bypass limits, use of insider information, incorrect or duplicate bets, or a technical error affecting odds or events.

Settlement, Postponements and Abandoned Events

  • If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets remain valid if the event resumes and finishes within 48 hours of the scheduled end time; otherwise, unsettled bets may be voided or settled according to the official result as determined by the governing body.
  • For events that are abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours, Rkgg will settle markets decided at the time of abandonment and void the rest, unless an official continuation occurs within the 48‑hour window.
  • Markets related to qualifications (e.g., To Qualify, Method of Victory) and markets dependent on leg outcomes will be void if the match is postponed or abandoned and not rescheduled within 48 hours. In multi‑leg ties, only markets related to the postponed legs will be void; outright markets remain governed by their own terms.
  • In sports that require multiple periods, if the event is resumed, a decision on a market may be made based on the result at the time of resumption; if no continuation occurs within the specified window, affected markets may be voided.

Outright Markets and Play‑or‑Pay

  • Outright markets (short‑term and long‑term) are subject to a Play‑or‑Pay rule: bets on listed participants stand regardless of whether the participant takes part, and are settled as losses if the participant does not take part, unless a specific exemption applies for the market. Head‑to‑head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule; if any listed participant does not participate, related H2H markets are void.
  • If a participant is replaced by another participant of the same team, team markets (e.g., H2H, classification) will stand; individual participant markets may be void.
  • Outright markets include winners, Top X positions, and other listed listings; if multiple participants finish tied, dead‑heat rules apply unless otherwise stated in the market description.

Odds, Settlement Timing and Rounding

  • Odds are displayed in decimal format for all markets. The platform applies two decimal places for on‑screen odds; total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal for internal calculations, and total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy is attributable to rounding rules and does not imply a payout variance.
  • The maximum period for a potential re‑settlement of a betslip is 30 days from the original settlement date.
  • In the event of system interruption during bet placement, Rkgg will apply standard checks and may accept or reject the bet. Customers should review their betting history to confirm acceptance once the system is available again.
  • VAR decisions that contradict the on‑pitch decision and alter the initial state at the time of bet placement may render bets placed in the interval between the incident and final decision void, unless the affected odds were unaffected by the VAR decision or already accounted for at the time of bet acceptance. Settlement of unrelated bets remains unaffected.

Sports‑Specific and Market Integrity Rules

  • Rkgg may suspend settlement and/or withhold payments if concerns of fraud or integrity arise in relation to an event. Where evidence suggests irregularity, bets may be voided and funds withheld pending regulatory inquiries.
  • In the event of a palpable error, including incorrect event wording or starting times, or if a customer attempts to exploit a vulnerability or place identical/similar bets across multiple accounts, Rkgg may void affected bets or revert settlements.
  • Should a market be published with incorrect information or pricing, Rkgg reserves the right to void the affected bets.
  • In the event of a discrepancy between onsite information (e.g., live scoreboards) and official results, settlements will be based on official results. Onsite information is provided as a guide only and is not binding for settlement.
  • All sports rules may be amended from time to time. Updates will be published online and apply to bets placed after the publication date; existing unsettled bets may be settled under the rules in effect at the time of settlement.

Format and Match Length Rules

  • Supported prematch and live formats include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. For matches with total duration outside 50 to 90 minutes, all markets may be voided unless otherwise stated in the market description. For 3x30, halftime duration is calculated as Total match duration divided by 2.
  • Markets will be settled based on the standard match duration unless explicitly stated otherwise. If a format change occurs mid‑match, settlement may be adjusted according to the updated market rules.

Player and Scoring Markets

  • Scorer markets (First, Last, Anytime) apply to regular time only. Own goals are treated as non‑scorers unless explicitly stated. First Goalscorer will be void if the player did not participate or entered after the initial goal; own goals are ignored for this purpose.
  • Anytime Goalscorer applies to any listed player who participates in the match, regardless of entry time. If a match is abandoned after at least one scorer has occurred, bets on the first goalscorer may remain valid while last goalscorer bets may be void depending on the stage of play and market description.

General Provisions

  • Customers cannot cancel or change a bet once it has been placed and confirmed unless explicitly permitted by a market description or applicable law.
  • Settlement is based on the official result where available. In the absence of an official result, Rkgg may rely on data from reputable data providers, subject to a rights‑holder policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Rkgg may amend these rules at any time. Changes will be published online and apply to bets placed after publication. For bets placed before the change, existing terms apply unless the modification is necessary to comply with regulatory requirements.
