Rkgg Mobile Application — User Guide

The Rkgg Mobile Application provides regulated access to the Rkgg gaming portfolio on Android and iOS devices. By installing and using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy. Installing the App on Android

Open the Rkgg platform page in the Chrome browser on your Android device. Tap the three-dot menu icon located in the upper-right corner. Choose the option to add to the Home screen and confirm the prompt. The Rkgg icon will appear on your device home screen for quick access.

Installing the App on iOS

Open the Rkgg platform page in the Safari browser on your iOS device. Tap the Share button. Scroll to and select Add to Home Screen. Confirm the action. The Rkgg app icon will be added to your home screen for convenient access.

Creating an Account and Signing In

From the App home screen, select Sign Up to create an account. Provide required information including date of birth, full name, a valid email address, and a strong password. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, then submit. A verification step may be required; follow the on-screen instructions to activate the account. After activation, sign in using your registered email and password. Optional two-factor authentication can be enabled to enhance security.

Identity Verification and Compliance

Rkgg conducts Know Your Customer and AML checks in accordance with applicable regulations. You may be asked to provide documents for identity verification and proof of address.
