Personal Limits and Responsible Play Tools

Rkgg provides configurable controls to help you manage your playing activity. You may set:

  • Daily loss limit (examples: 10–1000 in your currency; the platform permits a range appropriate to your region)
  • Session time limit (examples: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, up to 8 hours per session)
  • Cooling-off periods (temporary self-imposed breaks of 24 hours to 30 days)
  • Self-exclusion (permanent or fixed-term; see below for process)

All limits can be configured in the Responsible Gaming section of your account. Changes take effect immediately unless stated otherwise, and you can adjust or remove limits at any time.

Self-Exclusion and Cooling Off

You may initiate Self-Exclusion at any time for the protection of yourself or others. When you choose Permanent Self-Exclusion, you will be barred from accessing Rkgg services. To initiate, contact our Customer Services team or use the in-account Responsible Gaming controls. All Self-Exclusions are binding and irreversible on the account in question; new accounts opened after Self-Exclusion are blocked as soon as detected. Marketing materials will be withheld during the exclusion period. If you have Self-Excluded with another operator, that exclusion does not automatically apply to Rkgg.

During a Self-Exclusion period you may still request a review or seek help from a support professional. Once your exclusion ends (where applicable), you may request reinstatement following a verification process and a re-entry assessment.

Age Verification and Protection of Minors

Rkgg operates in compliance with applicable laws governing the minimum age for gambling. In most jurisdictions, the minimum age is 18. We undertake age verification checks and may request identity documentation to confirm eligible status. If you fail to provide accurate information about your age, access to Rkgg may be denied and any winnings may be forfeited, and you may face civil or criminal consequences according to local law.

Parental Controls and Device Safety

To reduce the risk of underage access, we encourage the use of parental controls and filtering software on devices used to access Rkgg. Examples include: Net Nanny filtering software, CYBERsitter, and GamBlock. These tools allow guardians to block or restrict access to gambling sites and to monitor usage where appropriate.
